Which umbrella families can I discuss with Goodpartner?
Start with 3-fold manual, automatic open-and-close, golf, straight or 5-fold compact umbrellas. The exact dimensions, materials and operation are confirmed for the selected model.
Can I customize the canopy, handle and packaging?
Discuss canopy fabric, artwork placement, frame, handle finish, sleeve, labels and packaging together. Compatibility and availability depend on the selected construction.
Do the photographs show the exact model I will receive?
The catalogue and core family pages now use images from company-provided model folders. Other archive images are labelled separately. Confirm the exact model and sample specification before approval.
Samples, quantities & timing
Can I request one unit?
Single-unit requests can be discussed. Sample availability, decoration, cost and timing need project-specific confirmation. One unit is not a universal minimum for every customized production order.
Is seven-day delivery guaranteed?
No. Share your required sample or arrival date. Materials, artwork, quantity and transport affect feasibility. Only the written schedule for your selected project is a commitment.
Why is there no fixed online price?
Each custom project is quoted against its construction, materials, decoration, quantity, packaging and delivery requirements. A product photo alone does not define a comparable quotation.
Quality & documentation
What should we approve before production?
Agree the product specification, artwork, applicable testing, packaging and sample review points. Confirm the quotation and production schedule in writing before committing to the order.
Can you support factory audits and material testing?
Share the buyer and destination-market requirements. Goodpartner reports supply-chain audit and testing experience; current documents must be checked for the proposed factory, material and product. Previous reports do not automatically cover a new order.
Are all of your umbrellas environmentally certified?
No blanket environmental certification is represented. Specify the composition, recycled-content or certification requirement and ask for evidence that covers the actual material and order.
Projects & contact
Can you share examples of previous projects?
Ask for references relevant to your product family and intended use. Customer identities, artwork and outcomes require verification and permission before publication. The current project library describes its evidence gaps openly.
What should I include in my inquiry?

Does this website preview save or send my brief?
No. The current form displays a draft in your browser. You can choose to open it in your email application and decide whether to send it. No live upload, inquiry database or AI processing service is connected.
